Destiny’s Child – The Writing’s on the Wall
Year of Release - 1999
Favourite Track - Bug a Boo
Notes - I used to like Destiny's Child a lot but in my opinion the last decent track they made was 'Independent Women.' Loads of the tracks on this album would get me on the dance floor in a club, especially Bug a Boo. My copy of the album also includes a bonus CD with 'Independent Women,' and the brilliant 'Days of Christmas'. The bonus CD is the only text CD in my collection so I play it every so often just to see the text function on my CD player in action!
Dillinja & Lemon D – The Killa – Hertz
Year of Release - 2003
Favourite Track - ?
Notes - Bought this at the same time as the Aphrodite one so haven't settled on a favourite track yet. Pretty good album but there's no way an ordinary CD player could pick up the bass line.

East 17 – Around the World: Hit Singles The Journey So Far
Year of Release - 1996
Favourite Track - Steam, Hold my Body Tight, Do U Still. (I could go on!)
Notes - When the rest of the world was screaming at Take That I was a die hard East 17 fan. I went to see them in concert twice, once at the Royal Albert Hall and once at Wembley Arena. I played their stuff to my first boyfriend so often that he went and bought this album and still owned it last time I spoke to him in 2000. OK so they were hardly the future of music and the only one of their songs that got to number one, and as a result most people remember, was the dreadful 'Stay Another Day' (I'm sure if they'd been about in the present era of one week number ones they would've done much better!) but I remember them fondly and play this album from time to time, nice and loud. I'm sure my teenage, garage DJ next door neighbours love it!
Eternal – Always and Forever
Year of Release - 1993
Favourite Track - Crazy
Notes - Another album which I own on tape. Eternal were very popular when I was at secondary school so everyone had a copy of this. I remember their first single 'Stay' being released at the same time as SWV's 'Right Here' which was huge because it was the first time Michael Jackson had a allowed a sample of one of his tracks (Human Nature) be used. I haven't listened to this for years.
Eternal – Power of a Woman
Year of Release - 1995
Favourite Track - ?
Notes - This was one of the first CDs I ever owned. My parents put the tape of 'Crossroads' in my Xmas stocking so I thought I wasn't getting the CD player I'd asked for then gave me this later when we opened our 'big' presents! I didn't like it as much as the first album and can't even remember what's on it.
