So, I decided to take Monday and Tuesday of this week off as flexi time. All in all I'm pleased as I achieved quite a few of the things I'd set out to do.
I also need to finish off the bookshelves. I'm trying to re-organise as I go but it's not easy. I think I have around 200 books now and I love all of them. Any books I don't like tend to go straight to the book swap shelves at work after I've finished reading them.
The weather today was lovely I hope it continues for the rest of the week.
- Wrote three emails to the housing association (complained that the gardening isn't being done, reported a smashed window in a communal area - the vandals of the area have surpased themselves by smashing a double glazed window four storeys up and queried a strange debit they made from my current account).
- Set up a new ISA.
- Sorted out internet banking (and shortly afterwards managed to lock myself out of it!)
- Finally, sorted out contents insurance (almost five years later)
- Ordered a new mobile phone (I'm getting a smart phone at last)
- Spent ages on the phone to O2 trying to get my PAK code.
- Put most of the books back on the bookshelves in my bedroom.
- Took up yoga.
- Made a coffee cake for work.
