Mad Science...
Oct. 2nd, 2009 11:29 pmMany former partner (who was known in this blog as CB) is a professional scientist. He once anounced in the pub that the eminent journal 'New Scientist' had published an article claiming that the more often a woman comes into contact with her partner's sperm, the more likely she is to become pregnant. Oh how we laughed at the fact money had be spent on a research project to confirm something that daft.
It turns out there are many other daft scientific research studies going on around the world. In fact there's even an award ceremony to recognise the cream of the crop. The ( IG Nobel Prizes ) I would particularly urge readers to go to the official site for the awards and take a look at the previous winners. The world is a crazy, crazy place sometimes.
In other news, I'm all Hollyoaksed out. My only complaint about the clip show was that it wasn't long enough. I demand a whole hour dedicated to the psycho nutters of Hollyoaks because, let's fact it, the psychos of Hollyoaks are far and away the best in soapland! This evenings show didn't even mention Laura or Will.
