Technological failure...
Mar. 25th, 2008 11:26 pmMy Zen failed to charge last night. It turned itself off due to a low battery on the way to work despite having been plugged into the charger all night. It keeps threatening to break but has so far come back from the brink. I can't live without it so it had better be OK. Without my Zen I have no way of drowning out the noise of screaming kids on the bus.
To add to my technological woes, my kettle seems to be on the blink. It kept turning itself off randomly when I was trying to boil it this evening. The kettle and toaster are a matching set so if the kettle breaks I will be left with a non-matching toaster. Nooooooo!
Right, I'm off to see what else I can break before I go to bed tonight. My alarm clock has been acting a bit oddly for a while...
In other news, I have a cold. I'm blaming the trip to Buckinghamshire yesterday. My feet were damp all afternoon and I now have a temperature. Stupid, rubbish weather.
