Money, money, money...

I have just received my first Council Tax bill since moving into the flat on 13th October.  They want me to pay £642.40 by 1st February ie. in two weeks time.  They must be having a laugh!  The whole thing is a mess.  They've charged me for a Band D property when all the other identical flats in the block are in Band C and they haven't actioned the single occupant reduction even though I wrote them a letter requesting it like they said I should on the website.  That's tomorrow lunchtime spent on the phone grumbling again then :(

At least I don't have a car though.  Having read recent posts made by someone on my flist I'm very glad that I never managed to pass my driving test.  I think I'd be a bankrupt nervous wreck by now. 

Only two days until my party now.  Yay!
