Still here...just

Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse last week, they did. On Tuesday night my parents recieved an emergency phone call from one of the wardens at Grandad's sheltered accomodation and had to rush over and see him. After making sure Grandad was OK they went straight to their Tuesday night jazz club. I arrived home from Brownies at 7.45pm and started copying files from my hard drive to CDs ready for my new PC. I connected to the internet at about 10pm and didn't disconnect until 1.30am. When I disconnected I checked the voicemail and Grandad had left two messages at something like 10.20pm and 10.50pm saying that he was in terrible trouble and could Dad phone him asap. I felt terrible. It turned out that everything was OK and he'd just lost track of time, but what if it had been something really serious and it'd been my fault we'd missed him? Now I'm not going on the net at home at all. Mum and Dad pointed out that they'd been out until 11.30pm anyway so they wouldn't have been able to do anything, but still.

I'm at uni right now. All I can say about tonight's session is that I won't be getting those 3 hours back :(

Watched Dr Who on Saturday. Didn't like it much.

I didn't sleep well last night, so I'm exhausted now. No idea why I'm not sleeping at the moment. I'll blame the neighbours, everyone else does!
