Hmmm, we don't really have mini series over here in the same way they do in the USA. I guess almost all UK TV series would be considered 'mini' in comparison with the epic 20 odd episode series they produce over there. On that basis I'm going for 'Party Animals' again. I think it was only 6 episodes long but they were all great.
