30 Days of TV meme - Day 9

Another list I'm afraid.
The final scene of the second series of Press Gang because the acting is wonderful and it's so well written. The cliffhanger is one of the best. It's not over the top, no one is hanging over a precipice or trapped in a burning building, but it's totally engaging and the audience would have to have a heart of stone not to care about the outcome of the hotly anticipated phone call. I think this scene may well make a reapperance on day 22 when I have to write about best series finale.
The scene in episode 12 of MSCL in which Jordan takes Angela's hand as they walk down the corridor. It's so well filmed. I think 15 year old me cried the first I saw it.
And finally, the scene in This Life in which Miles confesses his love for Anna and asks her whether he should call off his wedding (to someone else). Again, it's extremely powerful and well acted. At this point the audience is rooting so strongly for Anna who appears to be on a downward spiral but it's impossible figure out which decision would be best.
