Zzzzzzz...

I am so ridiculously tired.  The final guests didn't leave my sister's hen 'night' until 6.30am this morning.  I was struggling to stay awake by 5am and sloped off to bed.  However, by that stage it was light outside and they were still playing fairly loud music in the living room so I didn't get much actual sleep.  I'm still up now as I went to my parents' place for dinner then had housework to do back at the flat.  Once the bread has defrosted for tomorrows sarnies (oh the glamour!) I'm off for a shower and then bed.  I need to shower this evening as my hair stinks of cigarette smoke and I don't want the smell to transfer to my bedclothes.  I've never really lived a lifestyle in which partying until 6.30am figured.  Even when I was a student most parties were over by 1am and I was tucked up in bed by 2am.  Now I have a full time job I definitely can't cope.  If this hadn't been my second week in a new job I probably would have taken Monday off but such is life!  I have no idea how my sis and her friends (who all have considerably more time consuming and stressful jobs than mine) manage to do this on a regular basis.

The good news is that the wedding dress has now arrived.  Mum is going with sis for a fitting tomorrow afternoon.  Fingers crossed it's all OK as it's only a fortnight until w-day now.
