Preparations
Mar. 22nd, 2009 10:32 pmMy bridesmaid dress has been ordered. It's this one http://www.dessy.com/dresses/bridesmaid/6557/#FabricList=43,93&catid=1&displaytype=GridMedium&activePage=1&rpp=9&SortOrder=Default but you have to change the colour to 'moss'. The sample in the shop was that fushia colour which was very distracting. I can't believe anyone would want bridesmaids that colour.
Next weekend we're having a consultation with some hairdressers. The flowers, make-up and reception are booked. Now we need to worry about cake, transport and shoes. I think I'm looking for silver shoes as green will be tricky to find. I guess I'll also need a necklace and earrings but I'll see what the bride wants before I start picking stuff.
In two weekends time I'm going to a hen do with an 80s theme. A couple of weeks ago all the shops had 80s style stuff in their windows, now they haven't. Hopefully, I be able to track down something fairly decent next weekend. We're going to have an 80s dance class which I'm really looking forward to. I'll be dreadful but that's half the fun!
