I'm still not convinced that I like Torchwood. It seems to me like it's just Doctor Who with weaker plotlines but more guns, fighting and graphic snogging/sex. Give me Doctor Who any day. I may wait until the Martha episodes to watch again.
On the other hand, the live episode of Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps is a work of genius. It's not going to be quite the same without Ralf Little but I'm loving the OTT showing off of cast members' party tricks and Natalie Casey singing 'Chick, chick, chick, chick, chicken' in full showgirl outfit. The producers of that show deserve a medal - fire eating/juggling and snakes all in one studio within half an hour of one another (I note they gave the baby a miss for this episode though) and the show literally jumped the shark. At least they made an effort to awknowledge the fact that there is no way Jonny would have left at that stage.
Roll on Friday and Moving Wallpaper. There will possibly be more on my thoughts about Moving Wallpaper & Echo Beach tomorrow. I've been thinking. Be afraid, be very afraid.
Oh, and the heater in bedroom is behaving oddly. I think the thermostat is on the blink. It keeps waking me up with a constant clicking noise for 20 minutes at a time. Argh! Dad is going to have to come and have a look at it on Saturday. Hopefully, he hasn't made other plans...
