Adventures in cookery...

I decided to cook chilli this evening.  I had never made it before but I'd got a packet mix so I assumed it wouldn't be that difficult.  I was wrong.  The curse of my cheap, unresponsive electric hob struck again and much of the food ended up stuck to the bottom of the pan.  I couldn't face washing it up.  It's sitting on the kitchen work top staring at me threateningly.  The chilli that I did manage to eat wasn't that exciting either.  Oh well, better luck next time I guess.
