Library angst and destruction of historical artefacts...

This evening marked the final teaching session of my university course.  Two weeks to the exams and that's it, course complete.

Popped down to the library after my lecture only to find that some selfish person had reserved one of my books so I wasn't able to renew it.  I should have renewed it every day like we used in Cardiff but I just didn't think.  Now I've had to reserve another copy which I'll have to go into Ealing to collect one night this week.  Tut!

On a completely different subject, I was horrified to see the photographs of the Cutty Sark.  I went on a boat trip to Greenwich to visit it when I was a kid and I thought it was brilliant, especially the figure head at the front.  I will be terribly upset if it turns out to be arson.
