Aaarrrggghhh!!!

I'm sitting in the uni library surrounded by hard working undergraduates. They all seem really young and I feel about a million years old.

I have to write an essay with the following title "Davis defined job design as 'specification of the contents, methods and relationships in jobs to satisfy technological and organisation requirements as well as social and personal requirements of the job holder'. Explore the implications of this statement in critiquing job design within your organisation.

I've been researching it for weeks and I still have no idea what I'm doing. Which is a bit of a problem as I'm due to hand in a draft on Monday.
